A Quick Question
Playing through FFXII, I have noticed something quite disturbing.
Where's the Smithy love?
I am noticing a very real lack of Goblin Smithy.
And that's just wrong.
I would make a way better boss than these guys.
Ooooooooo, a dinosaur!
Quick! Somebody go get Turok!
He's not doing anything anyway.
Seriously, this bullshit is ridiculous. I had so better be the final boss of the game.

it explains where half of the FFXI communtiy is. i know i personally put it 18 hours yesterday >.>;
Dude, don't you know? After you've gotten lvl 75 with all available jobs at the time, an optional quest "Your Demise" is available. You have to talk to the 3 leaders of the 3 main towns, and they all say that there is a giant monster running loose. That giant is you, Smithy. You'll enter the battlefield standing twice as tall as a Galka, 4 times as large, and 10x less ugly =P It'll be near impossible to kill you, and the rewards... well... lets just say they're phenomenal, and you give 100% drop, but only if... IF... they kill you.

Lol...edit: I thought you said FFXI at the beginning. Didn't notice till just now... but yeah. You're the "Final" boss of FFXI =)

anyway gob i agree with you. doesnt seam the same to have a ffxi game without a gob.
